She wrapped the trees with fluffy snow, covered the yards with white paths, decorated the windows of the houses with magical patterns. These wonderful tricks of Winter are loved by both adults and children. Therefore, even on frosty days, there are a lot of people both on the ski slopes and forest paths, as well as in parks, courtyards and ice towns.

Terms of participation in the competition

To participate in the competition, you must pay the org. installment ( 80 rubles ) and fill out an application on the competition page;
By submitting a photo to the Photo Contest, the participant confirms that the copyright for the photo sent by him belongs exclusively to him and the use of this photo during the contest does not violate the rights of third parties;
!!! By submitting a photograph depicting people to the contest, the author of the photograph confirms that he has received permission to publish the picture on the contest page from all the people depicted on it and from the parents / legal representatives of children, if there are children in the photograph;
In case of non-compliance with the above requirements and rules, the Organizing Committee reserves the right not to accept / withdraw a photo from the Photo Contest without refunding the cost of the paid org. competition fee;
The photo is published on the site within 1-3 days after the receipt of the application, subject to compliance with all requirements for the work.

General provisions

The organizer of the Photo Contest is the All-Russian educational portal "ICT for teachers (Certificate of registration of mass media EL No. FS 77-69478).

Participation in the Photo Contest implies full familiarization and consent of the participants with these Regulations.

The winners of the competition will be determined by the jury in each age category, as well as on the portal website Voting will be organized according to the results of which the winners will receive cash prizes.
