Internet good or evil arguments. Composition on the topic "Internet: good or evil." When the internet is evil

The Internet is the greatest invention of mankind. And, despite the fact that the “era of the World Wide Web” began in the late 1960s, a quarter of a century ago, no one could have even thought that a technology would appear that could unite all the continents and peoples on earth. Today, the Internet is a window to the whole world, virtual, where there are laws and rules. At first glance, this is an ideal technology. But the problem is that everyone has their own ideals: what Ivanov does not like, Petrov will like, and vice versa. Correspondents of "BB" decided to find out what are the pros and cons of the Internet.

Women: About the main irritants of the global network

It seems that everyone knows about the positive aspects of using the World Wide Web. Thanks to the global network, a person can discover a lot of new opportunities every day, make his most cherished dreams come true, travel through time and space, study and work remotely, make purchases and much more.

But the most, in my opinion, the greatest benefit of the Internet is that it erases the borders between countries, making people closer. Now, in order to communicate with relatives and friends living in other countries, you do not need to save money for a trip abroad or set records for the speedy pronunciation of words through landlines, trying to give and receive as much information as possible in the least number of minutes. It is enough to have a gadget connected to the Internet and appropriate programs. Online, you can arrange virtual tea parties with relatives at least every day, and that's great!

Previously, people gathered in companies to play preference or monopoly, now there is no need to look for partners - there is a computer. The World Wide Web is addicting more and more people who spend less and less time in real life. The Internet destroys local communities and leads to social exclusion. And it's scary!

However, the global network can and should be resisted without allowing it to swallow you up. How? Limit your presence there, which I do. For personal purposes, I use only mobile Internet, if necessary, in modem mode, I distribute traffic to my home laptop and my daughter's cell phone. Thus, I protect the child from unnecessary information, and myself from the excessive influence of the virtual world on the real one.

Unfortunately, on the Internet, many things that are very annoying are beyond our control. For example, I personally find pop-up ads annoying. Fortunately, if they can be closed quickly. But there are those that can be blocked only after 15-30 seconds or more. It happens that it is not possible to get rid of intrusive advertising, then such a site is blacklisted.

It's annoying when users are asked to verify they are human. It happens that the game “choose a picture with fruits, road signs or shop windows” takes up to 10 minutes if the Internet speed leaves much to be desired. If you use an old version of the browser, then you may not prove your belonging to the category of living intelligent social creatures at all (this is how Wikipedia defines the term “human”). By the way, if we continue to plunge into the global network at such a pace, then we will cease to be social beings.

Unsettling and "urgent" messages from social networks, coming to the email box and notifying that some friend of a friend of mine replied to a topic in which I participated. It is unnerving when friend requests come from Furniture Beskarkasnaya, the Creation of Internet Sites, as well as Alena Nogotkova, Artem Potolny, whose occupation can be determined by their alleged surnames.

It infuriates the rudeness of some people hiding under the masks of different nicknames and literally losing their human appearance in an attempt to offend opponents. Illiteracy is annoying, especially among young people. One gets the impression that the elementary rules of the Russian language are not familiar to many.

It pisses me off when countless selfies of the same type are posted on social networks. As a rule, girls suffer from this. It seems that there is nothing more important for them than to demonstrate themselves with a narrowed eye, lips folded in a bow, a smile in all 32 teeth, etc. Therefore, in order not to be nervous, I do not go into the global network without special need, although the Internet, I repeat, is a great thing.

Men: Internet? Rather YES!

Perhaps there is no person who would deny the obvious fact: the Internet is gaining its place in the lives of more and more people.

Of course, older people like to talk about the cons of the World Wide Web. A few years ago, a lady I knew, already of a fairly mature age, periodically arranged public debates about the fact that the World Wide Web is a garbage pit into which everyone throws out all sorts of unnecessary junk. And what would you think? Today, she is an active user, communicating on social networks with her friends around the world. So categoricalness should always be feared - so as not to regret later on your incontinence.

However, it is not very good when people spend a lot of time in the virtual world and do not see what is happening around. So there is a computer addiction, which can lead to mental illness.

I remember a scene from the humorous television project “6 Frames”, when a gentleman sits next to the heroine of the wonderful Belarusian actress Irina Medvedeva in a cafe, whom they had previously met and talked on the Internet, until they finally decided on their first real date. And suddenly it turns out that after the first compliments on duty, the young man and the girl simply have nothing to say to each other. There is still an exit. It turns out that everyone brought a laptop with them. And the correspondence resumes with renewed vigor.

I judge by myself. I confess, it happens that instead of actually communicating with interesting and pleasant women in all respects, going to theatrical premieres, exhibitions and other cultural events, I stupidly sit in the evenings on dating sites, getting into other people's squabbles and life conflicts. An acquaintance, having traveled to Malta, where the Internet is developed no worse than ours, was surprised to find that after work, the local residents do not sit at their computer screens, but walk in the fresh air. Maybe we should be a little more in society?

The son is annoying, who, instead of conscientiously preparing homework, simply types in the search engine the name of the textbook and the number of the exercise, and a detailed solution to the problem immediately pops up. Or maybe it’s not me who is right, but the one who came up with such a joke: before there was no Internet, only a sweeping handwriting helped to write an essay and achieve the required volume. However, childhood without the Internet was still not bad. Is it true?

Slang is annoying, childish mistakes in texts are annoying, because “round losers” also want to “express themselves” on the network, who can offend if you inadvertently enter into a virtual dialogue with the wrong person. And yet, well, I just can’t read serious and not very fiction on the Internet.

However, I’m finishing my grumbling, because the same social networks are used by hundreds of millions of people around the world. And every year this figure will undoubtedly increase. Among the undeniable advantages are the search and exchange of the necessary information, relationships with friends from different countries, you can find like-minded people and interesting interlocutors, order any product with home delivery.

The Internet has become a full-fledged part of the culture of our time. For example, I believe that some signs from virtual communication could take a full-fledged place in the normative language. For example, ")" or triple ")))" in the meaning of a smile. This would save, for example, me as a journalist from having to make inserts like (smiles) or (laughs) to enliven an interview with an interesting interlocutor. I think it's a good move!

The Internet is a limitless repository of human experience and invaluable information, but there must be a measure in everything. And we must not forget that just as every, even the best, medicine becomes poison if the prescribed doses are not observed, so the World Wide Web does not bring good in large quantities.

The Internet appeared in the last century in the USA. Since then, people's lives have changed dramatically. The Internet has penetrated into the home of almost every person in a civilized society. Millions of people access the Internet every minute. So let's see if the Internet is good or bad.

Like most inventions of mankind, the Internet has both supporters and ill-wishers who claim its harmful effect on human life. Undoubtedly, it is worth recognizing the fact that excessive interest in the Internet is harmful to the health and psyche of a person. This is especially true for children who lose touch with reality and devote themselves entirely to virtual life. Through the Internet, various criminal and terrorist groups can lure into their networks. More recently, cryptocurrencies have been invented that are untraceable, allowing criminals to transact without being exposed.

On the other hand, with the help of the Internet, we get unhindered access to almost all libraries in the world, a huge amount of information lies on the Internet. People began to have opportunities to work, study, make friends, pay bills, make purchases, and so on. without leaving home.

Personally, with the help of the Internet, I found my new hobby, met many interesting people. The Internet gives me the opportunity to do what I love, to solve certain problems.

Coming home in the evening, the Internet helps me relax, I watch movies and funny videos from all over the world.

Whoever doesn’t relate to the Internet, but I think that this is the greatest achievement of mankind.

The possibilities of the Internet are endless, and they cannot be listed, but we will consider the most common of them. However, first you need to answer the question, what is the Internet? The Internet is a global network that provides access to a large amount of information that interests a person. Like everything that exists on our Earth, the Internet has its pros and cons.

The positive aspects include such opportunities as remote earnings on the network, communication at a distance, the study of science, obtaining useful information and much more that people want to know. And to the negative - the widespread deception that the Internet hides in itself, the false information that it provides to the user; the level of education of the population is falling, which greatly affects society.

Next, let's take a closer look at the benefits and harms of the Internet. The worldwide information network allows you to communicate at a distance with people whom you have not seen for a long time, for example, relatives, friends or just people from other countries who are interesting conversationalists. At the same time, the speed of receiving letters in this case surpasses any other methods that allow people to contact at a distance. If earlier people waited for mail for months, and possibly years, now it only takes a couple of minutes. Online shopping is very popular nowadays. So, for example, it becomes possible to buy some item that is not in your country, or it is sold, but at an inflated price.

But don't forget about the disadvantages of the Internet. The fast flow of information that passes through people's heads during the day does not have time to be filtered during sleep, and therefore memory function is impaired. The sleep schedule has gone astray due to the Internet, if earlier people slept an average of 9-10 hours, now this figure has dropped to 7-8 hours, which negatively affects the health of especially young people. Other problems are possible, such as misinformation and fraud, which are now a common problem. It seems to me that they will never be fully resolved, because the majority of people, no matter how regrettable it may sound, are always looking for profit at the expense of the grief of others.

I would like to add on my own behalf that the Internet is the greatest invention, without which people can hardly do without it, since it greatly simplifies life. The Internet can hardly be called evil or good, it is something neutral. It all depends on the person, if he is able to objectively weigh all the pros and cons, then everything will be in order. But do not abuse your stay in the virtual world, because you can miss what is happening around and ruin your health.

Let's consider how to write an essay and write our own on the topic "Internet - good or evil"?

How to prepare an essay

  • introductions;
  • basics;
  • conclusions.

Internet - good or evil

Most people have heard of and are familiar with the Internet. This word is associated with a huge network invisible to the eye, which allows you to communicate, entertain and work through a computer and other modern devices.

Like most things, the Internet has its pros and cons. Therefore, to determine whether it is good or evil, you need to know about them.

The positive side can be attributed - a quick connection with any part of the planet, which allows you to share information and communicate with a person from any country, right from your home. On the Internet, you can work and develop your business, you can learn, quickly find any information you need. If you have access to the network - you always have something to do, you will not be bored. In general, the Internet provides great opportunities and prospects for development for the planet and people. A person can do what he loves, as he has much more opportunities and much faster results.

The negative side of using the World Wide Web is the human weaknesses and addictions that are provoked and abound on the Internet. While some people develop, others can waste their time aimlessly or succumb to the negative influence of a distant environment. Even exciting and gaming processes can absorb a huge amount of time, and as a result, other areas of a person’s life can sag and not develop. As a result, a person may become less social and less adapted to life.

All new inventions caused both joy and negative reviews.

The Internet is no exception, people are still divided into two groups, those who cannot live without it and those who consider the World Wide Web to be a place of deception, sheer fraud, pornography, and so on.

Internet good or evil? Everyone has their own answer to this question, but if you take it, in general, the majority admires the Internet. Of course, it causes some problems in society, but this technology has many more positive aspects.

Why is the internet evil?

The negative attitude of people develops primarily because of. Who didn’t fall for them, didn’t send SMS, didn’t transfer money, or simply didn’t register on a dishonest site? Everyone has had to deal with this.

Fraudsters openly operate online because they feel impunity. In practice, most crimes on the Internet are never solved.

Another common reason for dissatisfaction is the dependence on the Internet. Basically, adults are written off for this.

They talk about their childhood and watch in horror as teenagers sit online for hours on end.

Some even forget about real life, and on TV they often show programs about such people. The problem is, unfortunately, it is aggravated every day.

They do not like the Internet also because it is now penetrating into all spheres. Society is trying to make life easier, but technology is not perfect.

You have to send passport data, money, other confidential information via the Internet. There is no other option, and people who do not trust face serious problems.

Plus, the Internet has become a real garbage can where you can find anything. It's good that sites with content about suicide, drug preparation and child pornography are now banned. However, there are many other problems.

For example, each child can enter a query and receive several thousand sites of obscene content.

It is possible to partially solve all the problems associated with the Internet, but there will always be people who will not stop speaking out against the global network.

Internet evil or new opportunities?

Each medal has a reverse side, and if it is the Internet, then you can look at it from the other side. This technology has brought many useful tools into our lives and greatly expanded the possibilities.

Skeptics overlook the obvious benefits and there are a lot of them:

The list is endless, the Internet has really opened up a bunch of new and very useful opportunities. One of them is remote work.

Without leaving home, you can consistently receive money. This is useful not only for disabled people and mothers on maternity leave, many people feel comfortable doing work at home.
