And he can’t communicate with the dispatcher.
I started calling the general number. after the nth attempt and an endless wait time, the operator answered. He said that he had no idea how to contact the courier and did not know the number of our dispatcher. I explained once again that I had train tickets, to which I was advised to hand over the tickets and wait for the courier because... The car may even arrive on another day. I asked to speak to management or a person authorized to solve this problem, after which the call was strangely interrupted. The same story repeated itself the next time. After some time, the courier called, who in the morning clarified the volume of the cargo, and said that he had learned that the car would be with us at 18.00. Of course, the car didn’t arrive and no one called to warn us.
FINALLY, I PAID THE LOADERS AN HOURLY WAGE (RUB 1,500) AND I URGENTLY LEFT TO THE STATION. TAXI Elizavetinskaya-Krasnodar-1 with luggage 800 rub.
The courier called only when I was already on the train. He said he would pick it up the next day. I asked my friends to send the goods. A relative arrived from the other end of Krasnodar (SBS district) and waited all day, but the courier never arrived.

Extending the shelf life of parcels
