Since July 2015, I have repeatedly contacted the service with a request to improve the operation of the TV tuner, which did not respond either to the remote control or to pressing the device buttons directly. In response over the phone, the specialists suggested disconnecting the cable, turning off the power and connecting everything in a few minutes. This procedure had to be repeated too often. Rostelecom’s specialist visits for repairs are carried out only on weekdays, when consumers are usually at work. On weekends they only go out to install equipment for new clients.
Considering that the selection of Rostelecom channels is quite unique (on-line), it often changed, and, alas, for the worse (apparently aimed at vocational school students, since the only classical music channel, the European cinema channel, etc. were disabled...), Since August 2015, I have only used online Internet access. After the deterioration of quality and this service (frequent “falls”), I stopped using poor quality services this unscrupulous manufacturer, naturally, stopped paying for services not received. The remaining money in the account was donated by me, because I had no desire to communicate with their services. I offered to pick up the low-quality TV tuner from me at any agreed time (if they come to install low-quality equipment, then they will find an opportunity to pick it up)
I have repeatedly voiced my position over the phone and in communications through the subscriber’s account.

In response to the claim of PJSC ROSTELECOM, I will file a counterclaim for a refund of funds for the time during which, due to the fault of an unscrupulous service provider, I could not use the paid TV service, taking into account legal costs. Of course, I will make a demand material compensation moral damage caused to me.
Transferring the debt for collection to third parties, that is, in addition to the enforcement procedure, will be considered by me as unlawful and an appeal will be sent to the law enforcement agencies regarding the signs of a criminal offense - extortion.
Please provide me with: information about the date from which I have not used access to TV; as well as a printout of my requests to Rostelecom through my personal account.
