  • The speed of resuming a connection disconnected for non-payment when depositing funds depends on the payment method. How much it costs to connect StarLink Internet when service is suspended depends on the reason for breaking the contract.
  • You can terminate the contract with the provider or install StarLink wired Internet in your apartment by contacting the office to fill out an application. There is an easier way to disable it. You must not pay for subscription services for 6 months. Then the connection will be disconnected automatically.

Registration and login to your personal account

Registration of a Starlink personal account is carried out automatically for all clients of the company. Before registering in the user account, you must submit an application for an Internet connection. This can be done remotely, on the official Starlink website, by indicating your last name, first name, patronymic and telephone number in the application form. After connecting a new client, an individual PIN and password are generated for him.

Login to your Starlink personal account is carried out through a tab on the official website, where in the authorization form you must indicate a PIN in the login field and a generated password. You can recover your password for logging into your Starlink personal account only by contacting the company’s call center. When calling, the operator must provide the contract number and passport details.

In this article we will look at how to pay for the Internet with a bank card through. So, first, we need to log into Sberbank online by entering your username and password and confirming your login using SMS or one-time passwords (depending on what you use). After logging in, we are taken to where all our deposits and cards are shown to us. The operation to pay for the Internet can only be performed using a Sberbank card, therefore, if there are not enough funds on your card, you need to top it up. To the right of the selected card there will be an “Operations” button, when you click on it, a submenu will open in which we need to click on the “Pay” line. On the next page we need to find the line “Internet” and click on it. In the screenshot below and further along the article, the necessary lines that you need to click on are highlighted with a red line. Or you can do it differently: go to the “Transfers and Payments” section and select the “Internet” sub-item. Next, select your Internet provider from the list of available ones. Next, we need to select your operator that provides you with Internet access. For me this is Rostelecom, so I click on the Rostelecom icon, you may have some other operator: MTS, Dom.ru or any other.

Attention! If your Internet provider is not in the list, then try using the search bar above and find it by TIN or by entering your personal account number.
In the next step, you need to indicate the contract number under which you are identified with your Internet operator. In my case, this is the contract number. For different providers, this can be completely different data, for example: IP number, address of your house or apartment, personal account number, etc. Typically, this data can be taken from the papers (Internet connection agreements) that you drew up when connecting to the Internet, or if the connection agreement is lost, you can always call the help desk of your provider and ask what details to transfer payment for the Internet to. If you don’t know the phone number, you can use the search, for example here. In the search field you need to enter the name of your operator that provides Internet access, your city and click on the “Search” button.
So, after entering the contract number, click the “Continue” button. In the next window we need to enter the payment amount - the subscription fee for using the Internet. Size subscription fee is set in accordance with the tariffs set by your Internet provider. You can usually find out about tariffs on the company’s website or by calling them by phone. See above for how to find the website or phone number of your Internet provider. Enter the amount and click the “Continue” button. Next, we check the information entered in the previous steps and if everything is correct, then click the “Confirm by SMS” button or, if confirmation is carried out using one-time passwords, click on “Confirm in another way” (the link will be immediately after the button). If something is entered incorrectly, you can always click on “Edit” and change the necessary data or refuse the payment altogether by clicking on “Cancel”.

After confirmation, your payment is processed. Depending on different providers, payment amounts, holidays and other factors, the payment can take place either instantly or after some time.
