Why can't I track my parcel?

How to track by number if your tracking request is unsuccessful? The PEC company works smoothly and reliably, so situations where it is impossible to track a parcel are quite rare and are most often caused by two reasons:

The track number was entered incorrectly in the “# Tracking Number” box. Carefully check that it is inserted correctly.

The parcel has not yet been registered in the PEC database. According to the rules of this logistics company, a parcel, cargo or postal item must be registered in the database within 24 hours after they arrive at the department’s warehouse. Try again to track the parcel using the tracking number the next day.

C.O.D

When sending a parcel or cargo, you can order cash on delivery. This means that the recipient, in order to pick up the parcel, will have to pay its cost. The cost of the parcel indicated by the sender when sending it, after payment by the recipient, will be returned to the sender.

Amount to be paid

Upon receipt of the parcel or cargo, the manager will tell you the amount to pay. It includes the amount of cash on delivery (if specified), as well as the cost of delivery of goods or parcels by PEC. The amount to be paid will be calculated in Russian rubles.

This is very good. When a car (courier) arrives to pick up the cargo, he always has a forwarding receipt and a power of attorney. These documents also contain the number from which the cargo will go to its destination. According to this number, as well as the number of places you have declared for transportation and the date of pickup of the cargo (you get one general number), you can track the cargo on the website.

But there are also incidents, if, say, for two days in a row the cargo is not at all where it should be (for example, not at the point of departure or the terminal in Moscow, but it will say on the way to Yekaterinurg, and you sent it from Yaroslavl to Kaluga), then it’s better to call the operator and find out where the cargo is located. It is possible to contact dispatchers in the city of departure. It will be faster.

Cargo tracking is a very convenient option. It will always be useful to both individuals and legal entities. Because the question always arises where the cargo is from both the Sender and the Recipient.

Again, if you just really want the cargo to arrive faster and you already see that it is at the terminal and you can receive it. I recommend calling again to save your time and not travel sometimes in vain.

Don’t forget that if your power of attorney contains asterisks instead of numbers, this is the number of seats declared for transportation. When you enter the invoice number to track the cargo, be sure to write down how it looks on paper in front of you.
