Grandfather Frost is the most important character of every New Year's holiday. Before giving a gift, he really likes to listen to poems about himself and winter.

We present to you a collection of poems about Santa Claus for children. Here are beautiful children's poems about Santa Claus, and funny ones for memorizing and celebrating the holiday.

Santa Claus plays pranks like a little boy

Santa Claus, no matter how old,
But he plays pranks like a little boy:
It stings your cheeks, it tickles your nose,
He wants to grab you by the ears.
Santa Claus, don't blow in my face,
Enough, do you hear?
Don't spoil!

Good Grandfather Frost

Good Grandfather Frost
Full of beard.
He's in too much of a hurry today
Together with my granddaughter to the children.
A snowball is falling from the sky,
And grandpa has a bag.
In it he is for each of us
I've got a gift.

Santa Claus

This grandfather has many grandchildren,
The grandchildren often grumble at their grandfather.
On the street, grandfather pesters them,
He grabs your fingers and pulls your ears.
But a happy evening comes every year -
I'm waiting for an angry grandfather to visit.
He brings gifts and is kind in appearance,
And everyone is having fun - no one grumbles.

I'm a funny Santa Claus

I am a cheerful Santa Claus,
I came to you today
I brought you gifts
On New Year's Day!
Let's all shout HURRAY loudly!
It's time to give out gifts!

Who's come?

Who's come?
What did you bring?
We know:
Father Frost,
Gray-haired grandfather,
With beard,
He is our dear guest.
He will light the Christmas tree for us,
He will sing songs with us.

Father Frost

- Who is wearing a smart, warm fur coat?
With a long white beard,
IN New Year comes to visit
Both ruddy and gray-haired?

He plays with us, dances,
It makes the holiday more fun!
– Santa Claus on our Christmas tree
The most important of the guests!

New Year is approaching. We all, adults and children, are looking forward to this beloved holiday. And of course, gifts under the New Year tree will be obligatory. Or maybe you and your child will have a meeting with Grandfather Frost? Of course he's already packing his big bag! But Grandfather Frost also wants to receive a gift - laughter, joy, fun, and ALWAYS poetry. Here we provide poems that children can learn and please Grandfather Frost, the Snow Maiden and you!

Poems for the New Year for children 8-10 years old.

WINTER NIGHT(Konstantin Beskrovny)

Soon, soon New Year!

Santa Claus walks easily

By leaps and bounds,

The earth is covered in snow,

Rivers of ice, glass patterns,

He will see everything with a wise eye.

I wish I could help him!..

And one day, choosing the night,

When he lies down to take a nap

(You gotta sleep sometime)

Take, covered with silence,

His staff is ice cold.

Careful from the hut

Go out, whistle at the edge of the forest,

A dashing one will appear in a moment

Three, sparkling with frost;

All you have to do is jump on the sleigh

And fly away under the skies

To those lands where winter is expected

From day to day. And here it is!

It's worth swinging the staff,

Push cloud with cloud,

As the snow falls like a wall,

Will hide with a white veil

Cities, meadows, fields,

Pines, lindens, poplars.

It's worth dipping the staff

There is gray mud in the river waves,

Like on top of sad waters

There will be ice - a crystal cover.

It's only worth...

Well well!

I forgot about one thing:

Touch the staff just like that

It won't work out.

Just touch it with your hand,

You will become a block of snow,

And you can't hide from the cold

Behind the scarf and mitten.

You know, you'll have to fly in your dreams

On magic horses.

And while I sit and dream,

I read different books,

I'm waiting for him to come to us

Santa Claus and New Year.

SNOWMAN(Boris Soloviev)

I look out into the yard with longing,

There is a holiday in the house - New Year,

And outside the wind howls

And a round dance of snowflakes.

Along the beaten path

The mischievous man spins and whirls.

And sad under the window

Lonely snowman.

They sculpted him all day,

Was the children's favorite

And now we've completely forgotten

In the silence of the night.

It’s not a good idea to leave one!

I put on a fur coat and felt boots,

He took the mittens and boldly

He flew down the steps.

And when I returned,

With gratitude and affectionately

The snowman smiled at me

With my snowy friend.

NEW YEAR'S LULLABY

Go to sleep baby, you're tired

He helped us all day,

Decorate the whole apartment

Decorate our Christmas tree.

You forgot about the toys,

He served balloons, firecrackers,

Even standing on dad's shoulders,

Lighted candles on the Christmas tree

And sparklers

(How funny they burn).

Decorated the branches with tinsel,

He put two candies down.

Santa Claus will come with his granddaughter

And he will bring gifts.

Even though we don’t see him,

When we treat you, we won’t offend you.

Putting cotton wool under the tree,

Helped cut salads

It seemed like he was successful everywhere:

He carried both forks and dishes.

Helped as best I could -

You are growing up nice, son!

He put his chair at the table,

He sat down and immediately fell asleep.

Sleep, son, in your bed,

The snowstorms sing along with me.

New Year comes to the house,

And the baby sleeps sweetly.

WINTER (Karla Lehtonen)

Winter has come

And she came all in white,

Swept up the area

The long-awaited snow.

Snowflakes outside the window

Krshrink, circleattsya.

Elegant lace

They clap my hands.

Cover the ground

Fairytale pattern

It's like they're hiding a secret

Under the ice bolt.

The trees are wrapped up

Everything is a fluffy shawl,

The lake is frozen

Silver medal.

Blanket white

The cold pours in,

Until spring, probably

It will serve the winter.

And nature will fall asleep

In magical anticipation

New Year holidays,

Christmas Givings

CHRISTMAS

In the evening, children look out the window,

And outside the window there is darkness.

How can they not sleep through Christmas?

The night of the birth of Christ!

- Children, sit down more comfortably in your chairs,

The December evening is long.

It’s so good that since childhood

The name of Christ is dear to you.

An elegant Christmas tree pleases the eye,

The star burns solemnly above her...

For you this evening - a biblical story

About a memorable Christmas night.

...The Virgin Mary bent over her son,

In the manger the glorious babe reads.

And Bethlehem, which is near Jerusalem,

Unaware of this, he sleeps.

Only shepherds on this cold night

The herd is guarded in the steppe.

Suddenly it sparkled, shone in the black sky

An unusual ray!.. Their hearts will freeze...

...An angel from heaven stood before them,

And the star shone radiantly -

This is a miracle, this wonderful moment

They will never forget!

God's Ambassador to the Shepherds of Bethlehem

He spoke the news about the birth of Christ,

They rush to bow to the baby,

The road to the nativity scene was illuminated by a star.

About the Nativity of Jesus Christ

The Magi of the East guessed from the star,

She led them to Bethlehem through the desert,

The prophets knelt before him.

...2000 years of the biblical legend!

2000 years... And since then the star,

What appears first

In the sky on Christmas Eve

Reminds the world of a miracle -

How she appeared in the east

And how she told people

About the Nativity of Christ

ABOUT THE TREE (Korney Chukovsky)

We would be at the Christmas tree
legs,
She would run
Along the path.
She would dance
Together with us,
She would knock
Heels.
Spin around the Christmas tree
Toys -
Multi-colored lanterns,
Firecrackers.
Let's spin around the Christmas tree
Flags
From crimson and silver
Papers.
We'd laugh at the Christmas tree
Matryoshka dolls
And they would clap for joy
In the palms.
Because tonight
At the gate
The cheerful one knocked
New Year!
New, new,
Young,
With a golden beard!

MORNING (Alexander Tvardovsky)

Spinning easily and clumsily,
The snowflake sat on the glass.
It snowed thick and white at night -
The room is bright from the snow.
The flying fluff is a little powdery,
And the winter sun rises.
Like every day - fuller and better,
Fuller and better New Year...

Sergey Mikhalkov

There was a Christmas tree in the snow -
Green bangs,
Resinous,
healthy,
One and a half meters.
An event occurred
One winter day:
The forester decided to cut it down! -
So it seemed to her.
She was noticed
Was surrounded...
And only late in the evening
She came to her senses.
What a strange feeling!
The fear has disappeared somewhere...
Glass lanterns
They burn in its branches.
Jewelry sparkles -
What an elegant look!
At the same time, without a doubt,
She is standing in the forest.
Not cut down! Whole!
Beautiful and strong!..
Who saved her, who undressed her?
Forester's son!

S. Marshak

The children will go to bed early
On the last day of December,
And they’ll wake up a year older
On the first day of the calendar.

The year will begin with silence,
Unfamiliar with last winters:
Noise behind the double frame
Barely perceptible.

But the guys are calling outside
Winter day through the ice of the glass -
Into the refreshing cold
Of cozy warmth.

We will remember you with a kind word
Years old care,
Starting early in the morning
New day and new year!

The New Year is rushing at a trot... (Kirill Avdeenko)

The New Year is rushing at a trot,
He hurries into the house and knocks;
There is white ice on the lakes
The eye is blinding and sparkling.

The maple, hugging the alder, stands -
It's warmer together;
He says something quietly
To her, her bride.

The sun will fall soon
Fun over the hill;
He'll go wild and sing
The forest is ringing with a blizzard.

The snow will dance in a round dance,
Will spin like a whirlwind;
Soon, soon New Year!
Trotting to visit.

Happy New Year!M. Evensen

Happy New Year, Happy New Year!
With a Christmas tree, with a song, with a round dance!
With new toys!
With beads and firecrackers!
We congratulate all the guys,
We wish all the guys
So that the firecrackers clap,
For your feet to stomp,
To make the nuts crack
Under dense fir trees.

New Year's poem.E. Serova

New Year is coming.
What will he bring to people?
Everyone who works
who is honest, kind and brave,
let your wish come true,
whatever he wanted.

A builder wants to build a house
to the delight of the new residents,
so that everyone stands in it
happy and cheerful.

What does a gardener dream of?
In his dreams the whole world blooms.
And people, looking at flowers,
become kinder.
May these glorious dreams
will be fulfilled soon.

On New Year's Eve. S. Mikhalkov

They say: on New Year's Eve
Whatever you want -
Everything will always happen
Everything always comes true.

Even guys can
All wishes come true
It is only necessary, they say,
Make an effort.

Don't be lazy, don't yawn
And have patience
And don’t count your studies
For your torment.

How to make an envelope out of paper so that it looks original? Just follow the photo instructions, where each step is described. What is the envelope for? To send letters and other valuable correspondence. This is also an excellent place to store various small items and more. For example, in a bright envelope you can give money for a birthday or jewelry. The stores mostly sell boring white envelopes or colored ones, but with ridiculous inscriptions and drawings. Why waste money and time looking for a suitable envelope when you can make gift wrapping yourself.

Making an envelope out of paper with your own hands

Regular envelope

To create such an envelope you will need a square sheet of paper measuring 20x20 cm (the square can be made of any size, depending on the gift or correspondence that you want to place in it), a simple pencil, a ruler or an old credit card.

  1. Place a piece of paper in front of you, then fold it diagonally;
  2. Fold the resulting triangle in half. Do not press the fold line too hard to prevent creases from forming on the paper;
  3. Expand the triangle, place a point with a pencil at the bend;
  4. Bend the upper edge of the triangle down so that the corner touches the point marked with a pencil;
  5. Now fold the second edge so that there is a distance of at least 1 cm between the ends of the triangles;
  6. Fold the right corner towards the center, smoothing the fold line well (you can use an old credit card or a ruler);
  7. Fold the left side in the same way. Please note that the edges protrude slightly beyond the middle of the envelope;
  8. Bend the left side a little, straighten it and insert the corner of the right triangle into the left one. This will secure the envelope so it doesn't fall apart. If you want to send a letter in it, first secure the edges of the envelope with glue for greater reliability;
  9. Now you know how to make an envelope for sending mail from paper. The finished version looks like this.

Envelope with a lock

How to make an envelope out of paper so that it is bright and original? It's simple. Experiment with colors and paper weights. It's just as easy to make an envelope from cardboard or wrapping paper as from regular paper. In addition to paper, prepare scissors (it is better to use small or manicure scissors), a pencil, and a black marker.

Envelope made of circles

This method of creating envelopes is even simpler than those described above, since here you do not need to try your hand at the origami technique. This is more like an application, and almost every resident of our country is familiar with this technique. To create such an envelope you will need thick paper or cardboard (it’s better to take colored), stationery scissors, PVA glue and a small piece of tape. How to make an envelope from circles? It's simple, follow the instructions.

WITH regular envelopes for sending letters everything is quite simple, they are too formal and do not require decoration. But what about gift envelopes? They must be decorated with ribbons, beads, beads, lace and applique.

An envelope can also be made from several types of paper at once, for example, use thick colored cardboard with outside, and stick plain colored or gift paper on the inside of the cardboard. How to make an envelope out of paper? Easily! Don't be afraid to experiment.

With the active development of online communication, the traditional exchange of letters and postcards via mail is fading away. By and large, this is a natural stage of the development process. After all, the procedure for exchanging messages at a distance has become simpler, which means that the goal of making a person’s life easier has been achieved.

On the other hand, in the days of regular mailing, a couple of paper envelopes could easily be found in every home.

DIY envelope

Envelopes, due to their versatility, are still popular today, with the active development of technology. In envelopes, it is still accepted:

  • give monetary gifts;
  • store paper documents;
  • sort photos;
  • a ready-made envelope, pasted into a folder or magazine, will serve as an excellent pocket for small items.

At the same time, there is no constant need, as before, for such an item. Therefore, it is not always available when the need arises. In this case, the problem can be easily solved using self-made paper envelopes.

If you carefully examine the photo of the paper envelope, you can see A4 format. This type of sheet is used when preparing most documents, and, therefore, is present in almost every home.

It is worth noting that for the manufacture of envelopes, both ordinary white office paper and colored or painted packaging paper of the appropriate parameters can be used.

Methods for making envelopes from A4 sheet

There are several different ways to make an envelope from A4 paper. Depending on the purpose for which the product is being manufactured and the size of the object being inserted into it, one of the options can be used.

Folding without scissors

A convenient way when it is not possible to cut paper to the desired size. The sequence of folding the envelope will look like this:

  • on sheet A4, draw a line along exactly in the middle (if it is not possible to draw a line, you can mark it with a fold, bending the sheet in half);
  • the corners of one of the short sides of the sheet must be bent towards the middle until they touch;
  • on both sides of the long edges of the sheet, bend strips 3.8 cm wide;
  • The bottom of the paper should be folded up to the point where the folded corners of the top meet.

The envelope is ready for use. All that remains is to put a letter, postcard or other flat object inside (behind the side curved stripes). When an object is placed in the product, it is covered with the bottom.

The final step is to fold the top of the envelope so that it covers the resulting pocket. You can secure the corner and close the sides (if necessary) with tape or glue.

Origami envelope made from a square sheet

This technique uses the same A4 sheet, but to make an envelope with your own hands, you will need to shorten it. You need to bend one of the vertices of the paper so that the two sides perpendicular to each other are aligned in one line. The “tail” of the sheet protruding from the side is cut off and a square sheet is obtained, folded diagonally.

Further production looks like this:

  • the square is smoothed out and folded again, but along a different diagonal;
  • the sheet is smoothed out again and laid on a flat surface in the form of a diamond;
  • the lower corner is bent upward until it touches the central point;
  • the lower side, with a bent corner, is folded again to the horizontal fold line of the square - you get a triangle;
  • the lower left vertex of the triangle is bent towards the center of the lower edge so that the corner extends 5-7mm beyond the central point;
  • the lower right vertex is folded in a similar way;
  • bend the tip of the right vertex 90° at the central point of the bottom side of the workpiece (should stick up);
  • Press the tip of the protruding tip against the workpiece, and straighten the corner itself - you will get a small diamond in the center of the bottom side of the workpiece.

Now you need to place the desired item inside the envelope. After this, the top of the workpiece covers the envelope and is secured with the tip in a small diamond shape. You can do without using glue.

Envelope letter

The most economical way to create an envelope. Suitable when you need to pack a written message written on A4 paper:

  • fold the paper in half in the crossbar;
  • smooth the sheet and bend its upper right corner until the side line coincides with the central fold line;
  • fold the lower left corner in the same way;
  • the right and left sides of the sheet are folded into strips so that their lines coincide with the edges of the bent corners - you get a rhombus with truncated sharp vertices;
  • rotate the workpiece into a horizontal position counterclockwise to form a parallelogram with truncated sharp vertices;
  • the upper right corner of the figure must be bent down so that the line of its “truncated” top is equal to the bottom edge;
  • the top of the bent corner is tucked behind the fold line of the side to which it is directed;
  • The lower left corner is folded in the same way, tucking into the resulting pocket between the bent right corner and the fold of the upper side of the figure.

The envelope is ready and sealed. For greater strength, you can use tape along the edges.

Thus, regardless of the available accessories, you can create your own paper envelope. The choice of manufacturing method remains a matter of taste.

Photos of A4 paper envelopes

Did you need an envelope, but there wasn’t one at the post office, or you just don’t have time to go there? Or maybe that's what he needs self made? You can assemble it yourself at home from a landscape or notebook sheet of A3 or A5 size. Such improvised material can be found in every home or office. Do you want to know how to make an envelope from A4 sheet? Let's figure it out.

You can assemble the envelope yourself at home

Giving money is very simple, but in order for it to be beautiful and not look like a simple transfer of cash, it needs to be put in an envelope. And if the person being gifted is dear to you or you just want to surprise him, then the issue of packaging must be approached with all seriousness.

It doesn’t matter whether the envelope is large or not, the basic process is the same for them, so take the step-by-step instructions for forming an envelope from A4 sheet as a basis:

  1. Select a sheet of the desired color. It can be made from an ordinary sheet of office paper, but if there is a need in an office supply store, you can buy not only a colored sheet, but also one with all sorts of drawings.
  2. Now you need to fold it so that you get a square. Remove excess paper with scissors, but not tearing it off, so that the edges are smooth and beautiful.
  3. Place the square so that its corner faces up.
  4. Using a ruler, bend all its corners inward, forming a square inside.
  5. Bend the top corner, it will close your envelope.

Fasten the remaining corners with a small drop of glue, not allowing them to stick to the inside of the envelope, only to each other.

How to fold an envelope from a landscape sheet without glue?

You don’t always have glue on hand to secure the corners of a homemade envelope. In this case, you need to put in a little more effort and slightly change the technique of forming the mailing envelope. This is not difficult to do, especially if you have basic origami skills.

You don’t always have glue on hand to secure the corners of a homemade envelope

  • form a square from a landscape sheet, removing all excess with scissors;
  • make the edges as even as possible so that they do not spoil appearance the structure in which your letter will be placed;
  • carefully fold the resulting sheet so that an even fold line connects the opposite corners of the square, forming two stripes;
  • we place the straightened square with one corner up, bend the lower corner to the center of the structure;
  • now combine the side corners in the same way, but so that they do not reach the center, but are simply nearby;
  • fold the corner of the bottom of the envelope so that it forms a flap connecting the side parts;
  • put a letter or money in an envelope, fold it inward, hiding its corner in the inside.

Origami from an album sheet

For those who are not afraid of difficulties and want to surprise the recipient with their work with album sheet, there is an option to form beautiful envelope using origami techniques. It will take no more than half an hour.

For it you will need:

  • a rectangular sheet of paper for origami or scrapbooking;
  • centimeter backing;
  • a simple pencil;
  • iron ruler.

It will take no more than half an hour

How to do:

  1. Fold the sheet with small sides facing each other so that the wrong side of the sheet is on the inside.
  2. Place the fold of the paper down, and bend the top part towards you so that it takes up a quarter of it.
  3. The resulting flap needs to be folded again, but upwards, covering the inside with the front part. Now the entire sheet is folded 8 times.
  4. Unfold the last fold and fold it in the middle to create a strip with part of the back and part of the face.
  5. Now we bend the lower corners into triangles and tuck them under the valve obtained earlier.
  6. We turn the structure over and bend it on the sides, with the formed part facing outward on both sides of the envelope.
  7. Turn over and spread out only the folds you have made.
  8. We form the upper flap by bending it towards the colored stripe of the lower flap.
  9. On the sides of the envelope you should have two rectangles on each side, on the bottom of them you need to draw diagonals diverging from the envelope.
  10. Fold the top edge of the flap towards the drawn diagonal on each side.
  11. We open the structure, form inward bends in the lower corners so that we get triangles.
  12. Fold the belt over and put it into the triangle, folding its side like a shutter.
  13. We also form side triangles on the top flap, making a common triangle.
  14. Having spread it out, we bend the folds, as in the case of the bottom flap.

The resulting triangle will close your envelope with a message or money enclosed in it. This is all done easily.

How to make a postal envelope from A4 paper?

Of course, the easiest way is to find a template for such an envelope on the World Wide Web and, after printing, fold it along the required dotted contours. In fact, it will need to be folded and glued. If printing is too easy, you can use any of the above methods. Although it is difficult to work with your own hands, the emotions that the recipient will reward you with will more than repay your efforts. Such envelopes are stored carefully and such an act is remembered for a long time, especially if needlework was not your strong point before.

Envelope for money

To make it, you need to draw a template on medium-density cardboard.

  1. In the center, draw a rectangle with sides 24*21 centimeters.
  2. On the wrong side, draw an inner rectangle with a side of 10 cm.
  3. On one side, draw a protruding rounded part of 1 cm, and on the other - 2 cm.
  4. Fold all the parts along the folds and pull the cord through the side flaps.

Such envelopes are stored carefully and such an act is remembered for a long time.

The envelope is ready. You can decorate it however you like.

Large A4 envelope

Any forming technology is applicable to it, but if we take the latter as a basis, then all lines need to be drawn based not on the indicated numbers, but on the format of the sheet itself.

First, correctly draw the small side valves, and then the main ones from them.

Making your own envelope is quite simple.

If the recipient is a man, then the color of the sheet and ribbon should be chosen strictly; for ladies, you can decorate it with lace, feathers or other decor that the recipient will like.

What else can be made from A4 sheet: ideas

There are a lot of options for crafts, and most often their creation is limited by a lack of imagination. But all this can be fixed if there is a desire.

Therefore, the following ideas will be useful to you:

  • envelopes of various shapes and formats;
  • regular and 3D greeting cards;
  • bookmarks;
  • Christmas decorations;
  • decor for the room;
  • ribbons;
  • airplanes and ships;
  • any craft using the origami technique;
  • flowers;
  • hat decor and much more.

As a basis, you can take pure white paper, colored paper, with drawings and embossing. You can make amazing tandems with fabric, special self-adhesive paper, colored tape, etc. With a certain approach, you can reach a level where your crafts become original works, for which there will be incredible demand.
