The competition will be held among representatives of railway transport organizations and industrial enterprises operating on public and non-public roads. In 2016, competition participants will compete in two prize categories "The best driver-instructor of locomotive crews" And "The best mechanic for repairing rolling stock." Drivers-instructors of locomotive crews and mechanics for the repair of rolling stock of all entities are allowed to participate Russian Federation who submitted an application to the Organizing Committee. Also within the framework of the competition, a special nomination "Best Young Worker" for young specialists of the above professions.

“Best in Profession” is held with the aim of improving practical and theoretical professional knowledge specialists in the above-mentioned professions, increasing their prestige, disseminating best practices, creating interest in the profession among young people and popularizing railway transport professions at the regional and federal levels .

It is known that, as a pilot project, professional skills competitions have already been held in the Ural Federal District (Ekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk Region) and in the Volga Federal District (Ruzaevka, Republic of Mordovia) on the basis of Sverdlovsk and Kuibyshev railways with the participation of regional leadership, chambers of commerce and industry. The competitions showed their relevance and interest in them on the part of the management of railway transport organizations and industrial enterprises.

The competition is proposed to be held in two rounds (theoretical and practical) and in two stages: at the regional and federal levels. Winners of the regional stage are allowed to participate in the finals of the competition. Regional stages of the competition will be held in all federal districts of Russia. The federal stage will take place in March 2017 in the Moscow region. The organizing committee decided to simultaneously begin holding professional skills competitions “Best in Profession” in the category “Best Train Maker” in 2017.

The winners of the competition will be awarded diplomas, cash prizes and valuable gifts, with subsequent participation in international professional competitions.

The award ceremony for the winners and prize-winners of the professional skills competition “Best in the profession in the tourism industry,” organized by the Federal Agency for Tourism, took place in Moscow. The best in the profession were awarded by the Head Federal agency tourism Oleg Safonov.

The competition was held in 2 stages in three nominations and three sub-categories: “Best reception and accommodation worker”, “ Best Manager on inbound and domestic tourism" (subcategories: "Specialist in the field of accessible tourism" and "Manager of children's and youth tourism") and "Best tour guide (guide)" (subcategory "Guide-translator").

According to the results of the federal stage of the competition, in the nomination “Best Hotel Reception and Accommodation Service Employee”, first place was taken by Tatyana Kornelievna Konstantinova - specialist of the reception and accommodation service of the Tygyn Darkhan Hotel (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In second place was Elena Vyacheslavovna Podmareva - head of the reception service and placement of Alliance Saransk LLC (Republic of Mordovia). Third place - Irina Nikolaevna Yavorskaya, senior administrator of Bashkortostan Group of Companies LLC (Republic of Bashkortostan).

In the nomination “Best Manager for Inbound and Domestic Tourism”, first place was taken by Anna Andreevna Andreeva, senior manager of TA Magnolia LLC (Omsk region). Second place went to Anna Aleksandrovna Rogaleva - Sales Director and strategic development LLC "Sakha-Satal" (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Experts awarded third place to Svetlana Georgievna Sorokina, director of office No. 2 of TA "Ekipazh" (Yaroslavl region).

Darima Romanovna Togosheeva, a tour guide from the Republic of Buryatia, was recognized as the winner in the “Best Tour Guide (Guide)” nomination.


Second place was awarded to Anna Anatolyevna Sirotkina - guide of the Alushta tourist bureau and excursions (Republic of Crimea, Alushta), third place: Olesya Vladimirovna Ignatova - manager of the corporate department of LLC International Exchange Center "UNION" (Republic of Mordovia).

The winners in special sub-categories were: “Manager for children and youth tourism” - methodologist of the 1st category of the Municipal Budgetary Institution “Center for Active Recreation and Promotion of Employment for Children and Youth” Victoria Viktorovna Fetisova (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug), “Specialist in the field of accessible tourism” - manager for tourism LLC "STA "Admiral-tour" Akimtseva Anzhelika Evgenievna (Bryansk region), "Guide-interpreter" - researcher at the Astrakhan State Art Gallery Valery Valerievich Kharlamov (Astrakhan region).

In total, in 2016, the competition was held in 43 constituent entities of the Russian Federation; 83 participants from 37 regions of the country advanced to the federal stage of the competition. Regions represented maximum number participants: Bryansk, Tver and Orel regions, Perm region, Republic of Buryatia and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The competition is held annually by the Russian Ministry of Labor together with interested federal and regional authorities executive power, all-Russian associations of trade unions and all-Russian associations of employers.   • “Best milling operator” (federal stage of the competition - end of October 2016, Lipetsk region);
  • “Best Concrete Worker” (federal stage of the competition – September 19-23, 2016, Krasnoyarsk Territory);
  • “Best driver of a shunting diesel locomotive” (federal stage of the competition – early October 2016, Moscow region, site of Lytkarinskoe PPZhT CJSC);
  • “Best electrician for repairing substation equipment” (federal stage of the competition - end of July 2016, Leningrad region, site of PJSC Rosseti).

The final of the “Best in Profession” competition will be held taking into account the results of regional competitions, in the form of head-to-head competitions with the completion of specific production tasks. The final stage for specific nominations is organized on the basis of production enterprises.

The winners of the competition in each category are paid a monetary incentive: 300 thousand rubles for first place winners, 200 thousand rubles for second place winners and 100 thousand rubles for third place winners.

Stage 3 of the competition

Nominees included in the list of the top 100 in the 1st and 2nd stages of the competition will be admitted to the third stage of the competition.
