4.2 Material requirements

4.3 Package

4.3.1 For packaging products, wrapping materials are used that provide moisture-resistant and durable packaging (for example, plastic film according to GOST 10354, polyethylene shrink film according to GOST 25951,tar and bitumen packaging paper nnu u according to GOST 515).

4.3.2 Products can be packaged one or more pieces to form a technological package.

When loading and unloading manually, the weight of the technological package should not exceed 15 kg.

4.3.3 When packaging in technological bags, the products must be wrapped on all sides in such a way that during their storage and transportation the package does not spontaneously open.

5 Safety and environmental requirements

6 Acceptance rules

6. 1Acceptance of products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26281 and this standard.

5 Safety and security requirements environment

5.1 When using products, harmful factors are mineral fiber dust and volatile components of the synthetic binder: phenol vapor, formaldehyde, ammonia.

5.2 When constantly working with products, the premises must be equipped with supply and exhaust ventilation.

5.3 To protect the respiratory system, it is necessary to use dust respirators or gauze bandages to protect skin- special clothing and gloves in accordance with current standards.

5.4 Waste generated during the manufacture of products, their use in the construction and repair of buildings and structures is subject to disposal at the manufacturer or outside it, removal to special industrial waste landfills or organized disposal in special places designated for these purposes.

6 Acceptance rules

6.2 The volume of the batch is determined in the amount of shift output.

6.3 During acceptance tests, dimensions, density, tensile strength, mass fraction of organic substances and humidity are determined.

6.4 During periodic tests, thermal conductivity is determined at least once every six months and with each change in raw materials and/or production technology.

Fire-technical characteristics are determined when products are put into production and with each change in raw materials or production technology.

6.5 The specific effective activity of natural radionuclides in materials used for the manufacture of products is established according to the documents of the supplier of these materials. 4 Technical requirements

Products must comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to technological documentation approved by the manufacturer.

4.1.3 The following must be specified for products fire technical characteristics: flammability group, flammability group, flame propagation group.

4.1.4 The amount of harmful substances released from products must not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations established by the State Sanitary Inspection authorities.

4.2 Material requirements

4.2.1 The following materials are used for the manufacture of products:

mineral wool according to GOST 4640;

synthetic binder according to current regulatory or technical documentation.

4.2.2 The specific effective activity of natural radionuclides of mineral raw materials used for the manufacture of products must not exceed the limit values ​​​​established by NRB-99.

4.3 Packaging

4.3.1 For packaging products, wrapping materials are used that provide moisture-resistant and durable packaging (for example, polyethylene film according to GOST 10354, polyethylene shrink film according to GOST 25951, tar and bitumen packaging paper according to GOST 515).

4.3.2 Products can be packaged one or more pieces to form a technological package.

When loading and unloading manually, the weight of the technological package should not exceed 15 kg.

4.3.3 When packaging in technological bags, the products must be wrapped on all sides in such a way that during their storage and transportation the package does not spontaneously open.

The method of wrapping, the shape of the folds and the methods of fixing the wrapping material are not regulated.

By agreement with the consumer, it is allowed to leave the ends of the technological package open, and the consumer bears responsibility for the quality of the products.

4.3.4 Packaged products are usually delivered in the form of transport packages.

The dimensions of transport packages suitable for transportation by all types of transport must comply with the requirements of GOST 24597 and be 1240x1040x1350 mm. The gross weight of the package is no more than 1.25 tons.

The use of packages of other sizes is permitted in agreement with the Ministry of Transport.

4.3.5 To form transport packages, reusable packaging means are used: flat pallets with strapping

7.4 The specific effective activity of natural radionuclides is determined according to GOST 30108.

7.5 Sanitary and epidemiological assessment of products is carried out according to methods approved by the State Sanitary Inspection Body.

8 Transportation and storage

8.1 Transportation and storage of products is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 25880 and this standard.

8.2 Products are transported by covered vehicles of all types in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods in force for this type of transport.

8.3 When transporting products packed in transport packages, it is allowed to use open vehicles.

8.4 The height of the stack of products packed in film or paper during storage should not exceed 1.2 m.

8.5 Products must be shipped to the consumer no earlier than they have been kept in the warehouse for 24 hours.

8.6 The shelf life of products before use is no more than one year from the date of manufacture.

4.2 Material requirements

4.3 Package
